INEC Reveals That The Labour Party, Their Presidential Candidate Are Blaming Him For Their Failure

The electoral body, Independent National Electoral Commission has cautioned the presidential candidate of the Labour Party for the just concluded general election and its party, the Labour Party to stop blaming them for their inability to effectively prosecute their case before the Presidential Election Petition Court PEPC.
If you recall vividly, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, and the Labour Party had filed a petition to the tribunal court challenging the outcome of the presidential election which the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu was declared winner as announced by the electoral body, INEC.
However, this statement was made known to Nigerians by INEC’s lawyer, Kemi Pinheiro (SAN), while responding to a claim by the lawyer of the former governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi and the Labour Party, Livy Uzoukwu (SAN) that the office of the Chairman of INEC had declined to accept a request requiring the INEC Chairman to appear in the Tribunal Court to produce some documents for the just concluded election.
Not only that, this alleged claims made by Peter Obi’s lawyer, transpired at a mid-way into the proceedings on Wednesday after another member of the petitioners’ legal team, Audu Anuga (SAN), who was tendering a document, suddenly announced that he has exhausted what they have for the day
